Display the salary range differential factor in Workforce Compensation
Summary:
We have a requirement to display the salary range differential factor for each worker on the Workforce Compensation worksheet. I'm not seeing this factor available for selection under Salary Information on the worksheet display configuration. Is this field not provided? Do we need to pull this field via fast formula? And if so, I'm also not seeing the differential factor as a database item in the fast formula database item lookup either. Has anyone been able to display this value? Note that the ranges on the workforce compensation worksheet are the adjusted ranges, but what the managers need
