Touchpoints Check-in insights
Summary:
We have enabled touchpoints in our dev instance and did some testing with employee and manager logins. When the manager or employee tries to view the recommeneded insights during schedule check in process, it shows the message as "There are no insights to recommend right now". Does anybody know how to get this to work?
We did configure the nudges for check-in, touchpoints, career development, feedback, and also ran the scheduled processes for Process HCM nudges and Process HCM Scheduled Nudges.
