How to Extract Benefits Enrollments Data for Terminated Employees or De-enrolled Dependents
Summary:
How to Extract Benefits Enrollments Data for Terminated Employees or De-enrolled Dependents in Changes only File
Our file is changes only and runs bi-weekly, when Extract runs today(23/sep), Employee A is active and is picked in file,
but when Employee is terminated on 27th Sep , the terminated record is not picked when extract runs after 2 weeks, as the Effective date is not falling between coverage start and end dates.
Same is the case with Dependent Enrollments, we ae able to fetch active Dependent enrollments, however, if the Dependents are removed for some reason, in between 2 Extract Runs, those are not picked. But we need to let the Carrier Know that the dependent is Removed from Enrollments.
