How to prevent the manager from not being part of the collaboration team?

Summary:

Hello community,

Can someone help me with my following doubt please.

Currently when I create a new negotiation, the system places the default collaboration team (creator user and the manager of the user creating the negotiation) and I wonder if there is a way for the manager not to be automatically added inside the collaboration team? is there any way to disable this?
