How can I open a load rule form Essbase 11.1.2.4 without EAS

We ran into an issue in our processing in EPBCS and need to see how the old process worked, and there is a load rule that we need to review. However, we no longer have access to EAS as we needed to turn off the services and servers. Is there another way to open the files to see what the rule looked like.
