Document Record Business Rule not working for date validation

Hi Team,

I have a Document Record with 2 dates for which a validation is required where one date cannot be greater than equal to another date. But I cant seem to find this option in the Business rules. Attached screenshot. Is there another way to create this validation for the dates?
