Customer Program creation doesn't throw any error on duplicate program creation

We have a requirement where we have to create several Customer Programs for the Customers. However, sometime, we are not able to identify - whether we have already created that specific customer program unless we open the existing programs and review the details.

Is there a functionality to add some warning messages indicating that same program already exists whenever user try to submit the program across program types.
