Can we define coverage Item Primary UOM as Each?

Summary:

We are trying to create an order with Coverage Item(Extended warranty) , and that coverage item primary UOM is Ea. We are getting order validation error, as Order Management can't price the sales order because it can't identify a charge for item , with unit of measure EA.
