Redwood: TM Personalization in Visual Builder - Hide Save and Next field / Cancel

Summary:

In Redwood, as an Employee in Me > Career Performance > Performance > Performance Documents > Goals, Competencies and Development Plan we have requirement to hide the Save and Next / Cancel button. However, this is not configurable in VBS, we have looked at Express and Advanced Mode in Page Properties, Business Rules etc.. Can you advise if this requirement is doable in the current version of VBS?
