Redwood: TM Personalization in Visual Builder - Hide Tile Review Your Competencies

Summary:

We have a requirement to hide the 'Review your competencies' tile which is the link to the Talent Profile from the Employee and Manager view in the Performance document. In VBS, we are able to hide the whole section in the layout (in the screenshot below both Update your goals and Review your competencies can be hidden) however we only need to hide the link to Talent Profile as we are not going live with Redwood in Talent Profile just yet. Is this possible in VBS?
