Unable to correct the start date of approved ICP
Summary:
Hi Everyone!
HR admin is unable to correct the start date(to the past) of approved ICP. While adding the ICP to the employee, the start date was given as 08/06/2024. Now, when hr admin is trying to correct the start date, it throwing error, saying "Please choose the date from "08/06/2024".
Start date need to be changed to 01/02/2024.
Is it the expected behavior that we cannot change the start to the past date once approved?. If yes, what is the reason behind this behavior. Why it cant be corrected to the past?
