Redwood: TM Personalization in Visual Builder - Update Text in MCG Perf Docs

Summary:

We have a requirement to edit the text in My Client Groups > Performance > Performance Documents however we are not able to do this in Express Mode or Advanced Mode in either the Page Properties, Business Rules or Layout. Is this change possible in VBS?
