How to add text for ILT learning pages using VBCS in Redwood

Summary:

Need to add custom text for ILT learning pages when learner access the training

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Whenever an ILT training is assigned to learner it displays the date which is Offering dates and not Activity date.

So we need to change it either any 2 options below,

1. Display the date as Activity date instead of displaying Offering dates to learner OR
2. Add a text for date field mentioning that this is not activity date and this is Offering date like "Date(Offering date)"
   

Is there anyway i can achieve this using VBCS in Redwood ILT pages for learner.
