IRC_JobApp_Review_Recruiter alert will fire automatically once the candidate completed the RMI .For this there is no need of configure the CSP to call this alert.In our case sometime the alert is firing and send the information to recruiter about RMI completion and some time not firing and do not send any notification to the recruiter.
ESS Job- "Perform Recruiting Candidate Selection Process Action" is schedule to be run in every 5 minutes.
