How to add employees that left the organisation to an Talent Review meeting

Summary:

Hi All,
We have a scenario wherein we would like to add employees to the Talent Review Meeting that left the organisation.
Example:
TR meeting data submission is 31-Aug-2024 and meeting date = 31-Mar-2025. Employees leave mid year. However, we would like to review their performance as part of Talent Review meeting. Currently, the system does not list terminated employees in the Criteria options (Analysis).

Anyone come across such a scenario and can share their experience please on how they got TR processed for terminated employees please?
