Multiple Proficiency Level records per Competency HCM
Summary:
We have multiple Proficiency Level rows per Competency. It is not clear which proficiency level in the report is the correct one. We expect the report to show only current competency level of the employee; we need 1 row per competency per employee.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
We can see more than one record for each competency and we need to know which one is the current one.
The Review Date could help us to take the current level.
We are using a custom SQL report and have tried the next code to filter on the last date for each competency but it doesn't work.
