Currupted resumes when previewing PDF resumes
Summary:
We are experiencing corrcupted resumes when previewing resumes. Recruiters need to switch to the 'List' view option to download the resume. Oracle support mentioned that this is part of the application design. They explanied that special characters in a docx file can cuase issues with previewing resumes, but we could not find any special characters or fonts in the files we've downloaded.
We started having issues with previewing resumes after the 24B upgrade. We are curious if anyone else has encounted the same problem.
