Storing documents in Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP

Currently there is an average of 2163375 PDF documents of invoices and referrals with an average size of 60 KB each. By constantly saving and consulting these documents in the Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP (AR-OM), we are concerned about:

  1. The impact or considerations must be taken into account since we would like to store all documentation for at least 5 years.
  2. Recommendation to be able to define the best point to store this documentation automatically
