Can we enable audit of Supplier Party Name change?

Summary:

We want to track Supplier name changes, Since supplier name is Party Name from HZ_parties. Can we enable Audit for that table? If so can some one help guide which product does it come under? I dont see Customer Data model in the list to enable Audit 'Manage Audit Policies'
