Alternate approver cannot see compensation plan

Hello experts,

we defined an alternate approver for a specific manager. The alternate approver is not a manager. When the manager submit plan to the alternate approver, the alternate approver receive notification but in the compensation plan work area no plan appears.

How can the alternate approver see the worksheet shared by the manager?
