You must provide a value for the LegislationCode attribute.

Summary: we are loading grade ladder and rate values. Under Grade ladder , we are adding grades and saving them but during this process getting error like "You must provide a value for the LegislationCode attribute.".

could you please any one let me know the details, i don't see legislationcode attribute in front end and hdl also i don't see the legislationcode attribute values. we have already added LDG in rate value page.
