Requirement: If employee has enrolled in Employee + Spouse option, dependents must be selected. We have the same requirement for 33 Benefits plan and 4-5 Options for each plans. This is practically difficult to write 33 formulas for each plan and maintaining them. Most of the Plan names are peculiar.

Sample Oracle formula:

We are looking for a simple approach like UDT or Value Set. Did anyone implement something like this with easy approaches? Please share the approach or FF with me.
