Smart action for create contact, create lead, create account and create opportunity

Summary: I want to show the Create contact/lead/account/opportunity button on their list page in Redwood Sales. Smart action for this doesn't seem to be available. How can I create the smart action for these? Is there any setting that needs to be enabled?
