Clergy FICA Exemption

Summary:

Hello Payroll experts!

We currently have a small population of ordained Clergy that are eligible for the FICA exemtpion. It is a very manual process for our Payroll team to go to each tax card and mark them as Exempt every year. I was wondering how other Oracle clients handle this? Also how do you track the Clergy for your organization? Unfortunately, we are unable to use Job Code since some of the ordained clergy have different titles ect.

We thought about using a custom flex field on the person; I was curious if anyone else has any tips to share.

Howdy, Stranger!
