Hello,
My organization has configured the AI Assist feature for Job Requisition Postings and noticed that when we use it, it significantly shortens the job description to just two sentences. We typically have fairly detailed job descriptions and were hoping to use AI Assist to help summarize key points. However, it currently reduces them to overly brief and vague descriptions. Is this the intended behavior, or does the tool improve with more use?
