Hazard Class on Self Service Procurement

Summary:

We would like to utilize the Hazard Class field from Item Card (Product Information Management > Item Card > Specifications > Purchasing > Hazard Class field) when entering Requisition.

2 things:
1) For Catalog Requests, Can we modify the current Requisition template (Catalog Request) to include the Hazard Class field? That way when users enter Requisitions for Catalog Items, they are aware of the Hazard Class of Item/s being purchased. In addition to that, we would like to configure a Prompt Message when a Hazard Item/Material is added to the Requisition.
2) For Non Catalog Requests, Can we create a new Requisition template specifically for Non-Catalog Hazardous Items? OR Is it advisable to add a DFF for Hazard flag field instead?
