Reservation Behavior for Integration to External Systems

Hello Experts

My customer went live recently with Shipping Paraneter-Reservation Behavior for Integration to External Systems as "Fully reserved lines". After few week, it is realized that this Option is NOT working for business Process.

Now we are working to change the setting to "All lines without creating reservation". when I am testing with new Order, I see exception generated that "Unreserved Line not interfaced to external system. Check available quantity".

Why this is happening, as per updated setting, it should not try to reserve.

Please suggest how we can make it work with updated setting.
