Change Background Color or Font of a field for a specific page or specific role

We are trying to change background color and font of a field(Working Hours) on Job offer page. However, changing anything here is also changing this filed in other pages like Hire an Employee, Add Pending worker etc. Let us know if this can be restricted based on a page or role.
