The Offer Letter page content in RTF template is not same when generating output in PDF format

Summary: I have designed Offer Letter using RTF Template and when previewing the Offer letter using PDF format, then the content and body of Offer letter is not in same pages as in RTF template design. Its spreading to next page and getting lot of space between paragraphs.
