why order line eff value not saved into recently added segment

Summary:

hi all,

we introduced new segment 'LastQty' to existing context of order line eff and published it.

new segment appeared as expected and we can put value there.

but when we open eff againg after order SAVE, the value is not in there, it is just empty

please advise what could be the reason and how to solve.

previously created eff segments work as usual
