Create a cascading address format

Summary:

Hello,

We have created cascading Geographies in our system as below:

Region —> State —> Commune

When the Commune is selected, it will automatically brings the State and Region associated to it

The client has changed his requirement of the format , as below:

City —> Commune —> State —> Region

He would like to choose the City. This, will brings only Communes associated with the City.

When selecting the Commune, this will only bring the States associated with it

Can this be achieved?

Note: We have already hired some employees in the system with the original Address Format. Will the system allows us to change the Address Format to the new one
