Can a payroll absence fast formula know if a certification is present on that day?

Summary:

When a payroll absence fast formula runs for a given day, is there any way for it to know whether a certification is present on the absence record on that day?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Scenario - certifications are used to record various things on the absence record. When payroll runs, we want to the payroll absence FF to somehow know whether a certification is present on that day.

This could be to output an information or warning message in the payroll run, or to trigger some different behaviour such as if a KIT or SPLIT day was recorded as a certification.

Howdy, Stranger!
