Redwood personal details column display

Hi All,

We have been trying to personalize the Personal Details page to display the Legislative Info DFF.

We use our to DFF to capture number of questions (around 14 fields with long prompts) and they are displayed in 3 columns in the screen, is it possible to personalize the view to display the questions in maximum 2 columns at any time?

Also, the order of questions is left to right between columns in Redwood - is there a way to amend this to top to bottom within a column and then to the second one (seems to be the case in Responsive UI).
