Document of record - Unable to attach document
Hi everyone,
We are facing an issue regarding the document of records section of the employee. We have created a document type to be visible in the section and when setting it we add the condition that at least one attrachment should be inserted. Anyway, after we create the document type, we can see it in the document records but still we cannot upload any attachment.
For the restrict setting we used our roles, in order to make sure that we can see all the option. But it still does not work
Can you help us with this issues?
