How to change layout of page linked to Additional Person Info

We had previously added a page to Additional Person Info quick action via Person Extensible Flexfield in Classic UI which is used to show greivances. This would show up in a table format where each greivance would be on a single line and there would be a search bar on top. You could simply type in the grievance number associated and find it right away. After switching to Responsive, this page layout has changed where you have to scroll through all the grievances to find the one you want. This is not ideal as there are sometimes 100s to scroll
