Change in Documents of Records navigation-REDWOOD

Summary:

We have noticed some navigation changes for Document of records while testing the Redwood changes.

Me->Quick Actions->Employment->Document of records(In responsive UI)
Me->Quick Actions->Document of Records->Document of records(In REDWOOD UI)

Same difference we also found in My team.

Does anyone knows if this is going to be the new navigation going forward?
