Global Transfer assignment is not visible in Workforce Compensation worksheet

Summary:

Dear all

Our annual increment cycle set eligibility to capture employees who are in active assignment of Team Member and Staff grades within the organizations as of eligibility determination date. However, if a global transfer happen in the mid of the cycle, new assignment record is not visible under the manager of new entity, while the inactive assignment will be removed from previous manager after refresh process.

We need to make sure that the latest new assignment is getting captured under new manager. Any idea on how to achieve this?
