how to restrict the search bar for add member to a talent pool

Hi all,

from the talent pool page in members section, we when we add a new member we can search all the people in the "name" field.

If we are a manager user, we expect to find only my report and not all the people.

Is it possible to restrict the visibility only to member of manager's team?
