How can i see the candidate referred by employee via reports in OTBI?

Summary: We have an issue where the candidate was referred by employee using referrals. In the source info section the Source medium is "Referral".

The candidate was visible in the candidate search however when i check the activity section there is no jobs applied by the candidate.

How can i see the candidate referred by employee via reports in OTBI?
