Summary:

Currently Work Anniversary is being calculated based on the employee's enterprise start date. Is there a way to update this in the Table and Analytics views so it uses a specific calculated seniority date?

Work Anniversary on My Spotlight

Employee's assignment info page. Ideally we would like to use a calculated seniority date, but legal employer date would work as well.
