person number in Redwood HR Helpdesk templates

Hello Everyone,

We are using Redwood HR Helpdesk and Person number is not available in the seeded fields available in the Agent and Employee Visual builder studio templates. Can someone please suggest how to add person number field in HR Helpdesk for both Employee and Agent templates and the solution required for out of the box solution if it's feasible.
