How can we Diasble an OOTB Relationship type?

In Setup and Maintenance, there is an task named "Manage Relationship Lookups" where we can enable or disable lookup codes of relationships. For Custom Relationship Types we have an option to disable. Is there a way to disable OOTB Relationship Types?
