Recurring Entries Set up- Oracle

Hi Team,

We have setup the formula allocation but the system always considers the balances that already exist in the system, our requirement is whatever amount we provide at the allocation setup level, the same amount the system has to create has a journal entry.

The system shouldn't consider the existing balances that are already in the system.
