Old Employee with a new work relationship does not meet the LOS eligibility to be in the worksheet

Summary:

Dear Experts,

The eligibility criteria for bonus cycle is to be more than 6months in the organization. I have set this using derived factors.

The old employees who have been in the organization for over 2years are marked an ineligble as the new work relationship is less than 6months.

The old assignment is inactive hence not eligible. and the new assignment is not eligible since its not more than 6months. But this employee has been in the organization for more than 2years and thus eligible for bonus.
