Hi

We are using DocuSign signature for a Journey Task. I configured the detail in HCM Electronic Signature Configurations and was able to validate successfully in Non Prod POD. I created the template in DucuSign and update the Template ID in Journey Task. I also followed the Doc ID 2943475.1 to make sure all the profile options are setup correctly.

However, when employee is trying to access the signature task, they are getting below error -

You can't electronically sign the document due to an error in the configuration. (PER-1532397

I would sincerely appreciate any help/pointers to resolve this error.
