added custom role in EL Expression for my client group then agency hiring tile is showing
but when a agent is logins it first it shows fscm in URL but under my client groups Agency hiring tile is not showing.

when i change fscm to hcm in URL then agent can see Agency hiring tile under my client groups.

how to get Agency hiring tile with fscm in URL
