Difference between Headcount and worker count in fusion analytics dashboards

Summary: Why are there two extremely similar workbooks (for many metrics) which include Person Count and some which do not. Their descriptions show the only difference is one shows head count and one shows worker count. What is the difference between worker count and headcount in this context?
