How can I see the Additional plan information in Redwood?

Hello, we are trying to find the Additional plan information for compensation in Redwood, however, when I follow what the documentation states (link #1 below) I cannot find it in VBS. Then, I found this article in My Oracle Supp (link #2 below) where it states I have to follow certain steps, I follow them and still not able to see the option anywhere.
