How to keep annual salary to 0 or set no calculation for hourly employees?

Summary:

My client has multiple annualization factor in case of hourly employees and they do not want to create multiple salary basis due to which the annual salary is inaccurate. We are instead leaning on the option of not using it (not display the annualized amount) and just have the salary (hourly rate) stored in the salary records. Looking for help on how we can achieve this. Thank you
