Personal Journeys Created from Global Templates not visible to HR in Assigned Journeys

Summary:

In order to help workers, we have multiple Global Journeys Templates created, made available via Explore tab, but restricted via security to different country roles. Workers can use the Explore tab, and based on their roles, can self-assign from the catalog of Journeys available.

However, when worker self-assigns, HR cannot see the Journey in the Assigned Journeys tab, but can see it via the Allocate Journeys.

Any way to get the same behavior in Assigned Journeys as it is in the Allocate Journeys? Also, reports wise - via Subject Area: Workforce Management - Checklist Real Time, the journey that worker has self assigned (from the ones available via Explore) is visible to HR. Hence, the only mismatch is the Assigned Journeys tab.

Howdy, Stranger!
